Some basic rules:
Payment must be received in advance through cheque or money order.

Prices are per month.  Uh-oh reserves the right to terminate the agreement at each renewal stage.

We do not allow sites that advertise any illegal porn (ie - child pornography), and we do not post sites with bestiality.

Banners must be served from your server.  Uh-oh also has a script to allow automatic banner rotation, if you desire it.

Check out the advertising layout for available spots (Available spots are indicated by a black space titled 'AD SPACE AVAILABLE').
Maximum dimensions for those spots are also listed.
